Privacy Policy

FushiFit (“we”, “us”) runs fushifit.com to offer one-on-one fitness coaching with Ty. This policy explains what the site collects, how it’s used, and the choices you have. The site is built and maintained by Isaiah Goodrich, who also handles questions about your information.
What we collect
- When you apply: your name, email, phone number, and your answers to the application questions, such as your goals, training, schedule, and anything else you choose to share. Some answers may touch on your health or fitness. Only share what you’re comfortable sharing.
- When you book a call: Calendly collects the name, email, and any answers you enter to schedule it.
- Automatically: our host keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use it
- To review your application and decide whether coaching is a good fit.
- To contact you by email, phone, or text about your application and your coaching.
- To schedule and run calls, and, if you become a client, to coach you.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we don’t use it for unrelated marketing.
Services that handle it
- Web3Forms delivers your application from this site to Ty's email.
- Calendly handles booking if you schedule a call, and collects the details you enter there.
- Vercel hosts this site and keeps standard server logs.
- Google Fonts serves the site's fonts, so your browser requests font files from Google.
Each of these services has its own privacy policy. Links to Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube take you to those sites, where their policies apply.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to your application and, if you become a client, to coach you. After that it’s deleted, unless we need to keep a record for legal or accounting reasons. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email byisaiahgoodrich@gmail.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, such as California, the EU, or the UK, you may have additional rights, and we honor those requests the same way.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and we take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure.
Children
This site and coaching are not intended for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we’ll delete it.
Health and results
Everything on this site is general fitness education, not medical advice, and coaching is not medical care. Talk to your doctor before starting any new training or nutrition program, especially if you have an injury or a medical condition. The transformations shown here are individual results, and your own progress depends on your starting point, consistency, health, and other factors.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
